Pradeep Tiwari
Assistant Academic Research Scientist
Biography
Dr. Pradeep Tiwari holds a PhD in Computational Biology and focuses on using interdisciplinary approaches to address complex biological questions. He has a strong foundation in computer programming, statistics, and machine learning. During his PhD, he worked on classifying healthy populations into different risk groups using clinical phenotype data. Currently, his research aims to unravel the heterogeneity in Type 2 diabetes and obesity by applying advanced analytical methods to diverse datasets, including phenotype, genotype, and omics data. By understanding this heterogeneity, he hopes to contribute to better treatment guidelines and disease management. Pradeep is also leveraging large biobank datasets like the UK Biobank and P-CARRS cohort to uncover new insights.
