Biography
Keriann Roy, MPH, is the Program Director for Precision-CARRS, an NHLBI-funded grant focused on cardio-metabolic disease in India. In this program management role, Ms. Roy develops and implements processes, supports project and core teams, and ensures project objectives are accomplished efficiently.
Prior to joining the Emory Global Diabetes Research Center in 2022, Ms. Roy worked for the Emory Global Health Institute for nearly a decade, managing an international grant focused on typhoid fever and working on global health programs for students and faculty. She also oversaw a research study focused on smoking cessation in the US at the University of Georgia before coming to Emory.
Ms. Roy received her Bachelor of Science of Education degree in kinesiology and her Master of Public Health degree in health promotion and behavior from the University of Georgia.
