Vaibhav Srivastava

Biography

As the President of Healthcare, Insurance, Life Sciences (HILS) & Government Sector SBUs, Vaibhav Srivastava is responsible for defining and leading Innova Solutions’ HILS verticalization journey. With more than two decades of industry experience, he brings a proven track record and expertise in building vertical businesses to this role.

Vaibhav’s skills include creating a collaborative global delivery ecosystem by leveraging industry partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and leading platform providers (SFDC, Appian, UI Path and Pega). Leveraging Innova’s capabilities to create a superior end-to-end experience for customers, he is focused on Digital Transformation and Engineering, Talent Solutions, and Business Operations support. Vaibhav believes that with Innova’s strong presence in each of these three areas, the company can partner with customers to serve as the complete end-to-end solution for their needs.

Before joining Innova, Vaibhav held several roles at large system integrators in executive management, sales, and delivery capacities and led teams responsible for business growth, client, and employee satisfaction. His technical background led to his inclusion on teams facilitating major Digital Transformations with top HIL enterprises across the US. Vaibhav now lives near Atlanta, GA, with his wife and two children.
